Cinnamon & Chocolate Protein Bake



  • 50g chocolate casein protein
  • 25g chocolate whey protein
  • 20g coconut flour
  • 30g oat flour
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp psyllium husk
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 80ml egg white
  • 150g carrot, grated
  • 80ml milk
  • 1 tsp flavouring drops


  1. Preheat the oven to 170C. Line a small baking dish with baking paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients. Make a well in the centre and add the remaining ingredients. Use a hand blender to blend together until smooth. The batter should be thick.
  3. Transfer to the prepared baking dish and spread until level. Bake for 40 minutes.
