Protein Hobnobs

Hobnobs would probably be up there with one of my favourite biscuits. Crunchy with texture and maltiness from the oats. So when these biscuits came out so similar, I was in {protein} biscuity heaven.   • 20g vanilla whey (banana works really well too)
  • 30g oat flour (homemade works best here)
  • 10ml coconut oil
  • 10ml Sweet Freedom, agave or honey
  • pinch salt and baking powder


  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. Mix together the dry ingredients. Add in the coconut oil and the Sweet Freedom, agave or honey with the pinch of baking powder and salt.
  3. Mix and rub in until it forms a crumbly mixture. Spoon the mixture between 7 in a silicone mould of choice. Press the mixture down with your fingers or the back of a spoon. Bake for about 8 minutes.
