High Protein Oat Bread

So you’re craving bread. What do you do. Make Protein Oat Bread, that’s what! Best part? It’s super easy to make? It doesn’t take long to cook? Or maybe the best part is that you can eat the whole thing in one. Take your pick. 😉 just grab a handful of products, a bowl, apply a little blending action, chuck in the oven and bam. Protein Oat Bread shall be yours.



  • 15g oat flour
  • 10g coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp psyllium husk
  • 120ml egg white
  • 15g unflavoured whey protein
  • 15g brown rice protein
  • salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Tip: try adding other seasonings and stir ins to the batter e.g. smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, dried chives, tomato puree, sun dried tomatoes. They add a delicious twist!


  1. Preheat the oven to 175C.
  2. Combine all the ingredients together, and blend until smooth. Scrape the batter into a lined and lightly oiled mini loaf tin.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Watch it for the last few minutes – you don’t want it to overcook.
